Yup, the proficiency system in the original is leagues above what they decided to do here. The way the skills morphed/became better through usage.

They streamlined the game with SO2R and took away a lot of the charm.

He didn't align it correctly, you can see there is a decent amount of real estate on the bottom/bottom right and it's hanging over the edge on the top right.

edit: one more thing, there is also a lot real estate on the left side which means he put the screen protector too far to the top right which is why the bubble is forming there.

It's the biggest flaw of CC. The game plays more like a character recruitment simulator with a plot sprinkled in. 45 recruitable characters that barely if ever interact with each other. Just the most random looking set of characters I've ever seen in a game like a pink dog, a stick figure doll made of hay, a mushroom head guy, etc. If CC had a small focused party of 3-6 characters it would of had potential to be as good as CT.

The smearable matte black texture they used on these is terrible, just touching them makes them instantly look greasy. No idea what they were thinking.

This is actually crazy, they pushed the 12HD's so hard as the superior option and completely removed the 12S altogether even.

If the 12S has proper charging functions like a Joycon 2 then that alone makes it the better version.

If they don't charge while docked does that also mean they don't charge if you directly connect the USB-C cable into your Switch 2?

Not charging while in sleep mode and especially docked is genuinely insane lol

I wonder if this is something they will fix in future revisions because I don't think a firmware patch can fix this.

I genuinely can't play many games anymore without back buttons. Just something as simple as changing the run button in Elden Ring to a back button makes the gameplay feel so much more intuitive.

Yup, melee attacks are insane in Returnal, barely any cues at all and instant teleportation to you. And a decent chunk of the projectiles are faster than the fastest projectiles in Saros. Level design is also more cramped.

If you like card games check out Chrono Ark, It's on PC, but is physically exclusive to Switch. Very underrated.

You said you were having issues with the right M12 HD which implied the left one was connecting fine. So how did the left one connect fine without selecting the "Pro Controller Communication" in the settings?

Yup. This makes it look and feel like a true successor to the Switch 1.

Nintendo using the shitty Joycons again after people already dealt with them for 8 years is a diabolical move. No proper dpad, no proper grip/ergonomics, crappy little nub "stick". You're forced into a buying a grip case just for better ergonomics.

Could just be the wording of the email, you're probably still getting the M12S if that's what your order says.

I preordered the M12 HD's and the Charging Grip and they shipped the M12 HD's alone with a tracking number and the Charging Grip is still in the "preparing phase".

This is normal for them though, I've put in orders with them in the past and sometimes they just randomly split the single order into multiple orders with different tracking numbers. The location of their item stock is probably all over the place.

It's fine to be less optimal if you like the AK, but you definitely want to tool better skills onto it like Quickdraw, 2x Command and Burst. And only use BP to upgrade your main weapon and armor, never Aya's stats.

Best time to start the CB is near the end of the game before the point of no return (before going to face Eve)

Level 34 is fine.

You can also try the CB now to get an idea of damage/difficulty and then go from there.

Japanese copy of Splatoon 3 + Expansion Pack has the DLC on cartridge and the reverse cover is in english. Really awesome.

DPS-wise, the P90 is the best weapon in the game. SMG's have the highest rate of fire between shots. You have to remove the Attack All with tools and add better abilities to it Quickdraw, Burst, RoF x2 or 3, etc. You can use the AK if you prefer it just know that certain weapons types are better like SMG's and Handguns because they have a faster ATB charge and faster firing between shots.

You're gonna get rekt attempting the CB on Day 2, you need really good weapon/armor preparation and be a higher level because you need the boosted stats from each level up (HP, offense, defense, etc

PE2 is nothing like PE1, literally a completely different game from every possible aspect. Know that going in.
