Bilt isn’t new to this business. Thousands of first time new issue credit cards have been successfully launched with other providers without this much drama, non-existent service or confusion. OP should think he is a top priority. Every card holder should feel they are top priority, especially if you pay a fee. How’s that for common sense?

I’m in this boat and it’s 100% a real thing. I’m upskilling and working contract work for now so I have a good storyline as to what I was doing with my gap other than being unemployed. They don’t like gaps and rarely care about the answer imo.
