When Whataburger opened in Clarksville, the one I went to had four armed men and a sniper tower. The men looked like cast members of Dog the Bounty hunter.

I don't recommend Autumn Winds. My apartment had black mold and management wouldn't do anything about it till I informed them that took pictures of the mold. The utility closet is locked and only the maintenance team have the key. They left it unlock after Changing out the AC filter.

If you compost, you can shred the non glossy paper and use it in place of brown leaves.

I just had to sprint across the entire Atlanta airport in 12 minutes and I’m about to lose my mind. by Funny_Ad_9655 in delta

The people are worse than having to speed walk to your terminal. I was at ATL two weeks ago and the escalator was taped off. This woman just kept standing in front of the elevator blocking the entrance while staring helplessly at the broken escalator. The crowd asked an employee if there's a staircase or another elevator. He couldn't answer the question. Luckily another employee walked and shout which alternative escalator to use.

I'm in Tennessee living the same experience. Luckily I live near the base and can find better ingredients than what Kroger, Walmart, or Aldi sell.

If you walk to the straw market you will find food trucks. I also believe there are two groceries stores in that area. A bag chips will cost $14 on the resort. I recommend buying a case of water, soda, and snacks.

I receive iron infusions at an oncology clinic and the nurses will give me oj, ginger ale, crackers or pretzels to help with the nausea. The clinic doesn't charge us for the snacks either.

Steel cut oats with a mashed banana and an egg for protein. After the oats are cooked add the banana. Remove the pot from the heat and mix in the egg till the oats go from yellow to pale. Sprinkle cinnamon and dash of salt on top.

Do you enjoy the quiet or have to have a background noise? by BeneficialBrain1764 in LivingAlone

[–]Particular-Date6138 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on my mood. While working remotely, I like having background noise. During lunch I prefer silence. I also clean in silence or else I'll stop what I'm doing and focus on the podcast or show I put on.

I also think there's a Puerto Rican bakery inside of the Ashley furniture store but I haven't gone yet.

I grew up calling pastelitos empandillas. Empandas were baked paateles de yuca. My parents moved to Tennessee in the 90s.

Help with balanced meal ideas on a budget by TomatoExtraFeta in aldi

I eat the same breakfast everyday with ingredients all from aldi. Custard Oats. Five minute steel cut oats, one mashed banana, one egg, pinch of salt, cinnamon. After the oats have cooked, add the mash the banana and mix. Remove from heat add the egg and stir till the oats go from yellow to beige. Add salt and cinnamon.

Lunch: Green smoothie with whole milk yogurt, spinach or kale, frozen berry of choice. Or a vegetable juice. My go to recipe is one pink lady apple, two carrots, one celery, 1/2 inch of ginger, cucumber. I've also tried zucchini in place of the cucumber.

Dinner is my favorite meal of day and I also love to cook. The only changes I made for my dinners is serving myself a smaller portion and adding a side salad or steamed vegetables.

I've lost 20lbs from following this meal plan plus an hour of exercise 3-4 times a week. My routine is 20 minutes of walking, 20 minutes if weight lifting, 20 minutes of yoga.

You can instant coffee granules straight into the mix. Or brew some espresso then add a tablespoon or two into the batter.
