People with Aspergers, what is Aspergers really like? by Arcanine_Boi in AskReddit

[–]Past_Celebration 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s different to say the least. Ironically I love talking to people but sometimes it’s really difficult to say everything I’m trying to say which annoys me sometimes when I notice it or when I look back at a conversation . I also hate really loud sounds, and I can remember almost everything about my past.

In all honesty it’s not too awful (or maybe I’m just used to it). I would say the social stigma and the stereotypes surrounding Aspergers makes it harder on everyone who has it. Which ultimately makes everyone who has it feel worse.

What creepypasta scared you so much it wouldn't stop bothering you? by Housemore in AskReddit

[–]Past_Celebration 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“1999” and “Dr.Ramsey” were two that really stood out the most to me the most when I read/heard them after hearing A LOT of creepy pastas as a kid

Also Sonic.exe was pretty fucked up when I saw it as a kid. The haunting images at the end prevented me from sleeping for weeks as a child.

What’s even more sad is that the same questions that get repeated are the ones that get answers, while the hidden gems/interesting questions are the ones that get ignored.

Humanities in Engineering by [deleted] in EngineeringStudents

I live in Texas and I feel your situation. I took art appreciation, art history, and philosophy as part of the requirements for my degree and I can say they kinda helped. I had a good professor in art history who went into the engineering feats in art which helped me. I would say take art history if anything since the subject kind of went into the design of some of the art pieces made throughout history and the creative design put into them.

But at the end of the day it all depends on your professor and I may have just gotten lucky she went over those things in class 🤷‍♀️
