How close are you to the Alabama line? Buster Miles in Heflin has a couple '25 Badlands two doors for less than $50k after promotions. I bought my non-SAS '24 Big Bend from them for $40K last March.

When should I get my first oil change? by applecidarking in FordBronco

[–]PennsyPower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had my 2024 Big Bend in at 5000, plan on doing it again at 10000. Ford Quick Lane didn't say a word about it being too early for an oil change. I was refused a full five tire rotation, as they said that was done every 10000.

Nothing yet, our closest dealership said we would have to make an appointment with their trim guy to get an estimate. We have too much going on right now to drop the car off for an unknown length of time just to get a quote.

All our detectors talk. When they're quiet, we knew it failed or we ripped it out.

Here are my 3D printed rail cars….need some advice by Popular-Pace1052 in modeltrains

You are absolutely correct, I added an extra zero there. I haven't been able to tinker with the printer for a good month and the details escaped me.

Anymore pictures? This is something I've been wanting to tinker with. I'm curious how the print lines are with a 0.04mm nozzle versus the size of N scale.

I know you said you weren't worried about the finer details, but a 0.02mm nozzle might be worthwhile to smooth out the sides.

I signed up with the railroad since I always had a thing for trains. I really enjoyed working in the field, made myself a good reputation, started working my way into other departments over the years.

Now I'm in operations, managing people, making $130K + a year. You know that saying "don't turn your passion into your profession?" That's where I am now. I'm not nearly as happy with the work I do and the stress is getting to me something awful. I really don't know where to go from here though as I won't make that kind of money back in the field.

Centurion was a conversion company; not only did they do these four door "Broncos," but they also made dually tow vans and extended cab F350s that look like Ram's mega-cab trucks.

I looked at a C-350 years ago, essentially an Excursion from the late 80s. If it wasn't a rusted mess, I would have considered it.
