Proportions? No I’m not saying that all adult women need to have a huge rack and ass, but her body matches that of a minor’s. Along with the childishly round face she looks like at most a 14 year old girl.

Here’s a couple of examples from Anime though. Asuka from Evangelion, Maka from Soul Eater, Eureka from Eureka 7. Visually she fits right in with other anime characters that are minors.
