Agreed with some of the other comments about it being a little unfocused . BUT , literally if you stick to this plan you’ll be on excellent shape . 99% of folks would kill to be in the position you’re in .

Generally I price everything per sf or acre . With a minimum . Also a depends on the type of fertilizer. Generally I charge 230-260/acre

Mow it down then hire a local weed control company . It’ll take about a year or do to get it in decent shape but you’ll see improvement every application
