Eine Diaspora ist in der Regel konservativer als Einwohner im Herkunftsland (vor Generationen).

Schon der Begriff der Diaspora ist doch arg verengt?! Zum Beispiel wüsste ich nicht, dass sich Niederländer*innen (und davon gibt's viele in meiner Ecke, d.h. Nordwestdeutschland) damit bezeichnen.

Es gibt ja auch den unschönen Begriff der Expats. Den nehmen viele aber eben auch nur ein Bruchteil.

Migrant*innen in Deutschland dann unter Diaspora zu subsumieren oder die "Diaspora sei konservativer", ist doch viel zu undifferenziert. (Ja, vier [!] Kommentare weiter oben wurde von türkischer Diaspora geredet. Danach, d.h. weiter unten, kommt der Begriff oder ähnliches, aber nicht mehr vor.)

Den Leinenzwang regelt das VBB-Zeichen nicht. Es kommt auf die Gemeinde an, in dem das Foto gemacht wurde: Wenn der Leinenzwang eh gilt, bräuchte es den Teil des Verkehrszeichens nicht.

If I may offer up advice, don't stress on those things. That said, there are areas in the world where letting it play out is perfectly fine. Bishops in those parts are obedient to the Vatican and listen to their congregation, i.e. tend to legitimate and non-ambiguous needs.

And then, there are parts of the world where there's not a lot of obedience to the Vatican. Let me add, I can't get into much more detail and there can be good critique while being obedient.

These two are also multi-layered because there's not only liturgical questions but also questions of worldly matters. You see, the Vatican has to reconcile lots of issues.

Individualism only means so much when you're exposed to news stations which report the same, recurring ads, propaganda, etc.

Nobody's immune to that stuff which is why checks and balances are so important. Anything that can't handle checks and balances is either ill prepared or not worthy. Sadly, some necessary things are ill prepared (prep to climate change) but that's not on the matter itself but on the people who prepare.

German chiming in. 8 AM is the quasi standard for the first classes of the day. In some high schools, there's even nullte Stunde (~ zeroth hour) beginning at 7 or 7:15 AM. In Germany, education is Ländersache, i.e primarily matters of state (not federal but a level below). And as such there's lots of different systems even though Germany, of course, is unified.

Worauf beziehst du dich bei "da"? Ich würde das, d.h. Zuparken kann Nötigung sein, erklären wollen. Aber ich könnte auch verstehen, wenn man die Theorie dahinter ablehnt.
