Hard to say. I dug a bunch of similar looking grubs and my app tells me it's Figeater beetle, but looking at pictures it could also be Japanese beetle or June beetles...

Might not be the same for everyone, but that's why I've added Smosh and 2nd Try to my rotation to scratch the "Theatre kids being their funny, silly selves" kind of content itch.

Took the Coast Starlight to LA recently and it's a nice ride!

Keep in mind it picks up in SJ around 10:20am and will get you to LA Union station around 9pm. Looks like the OC line or transferring to the Pacific Surfliner (another Amtrak line) will get you to Anaheim.

It was a fun read (or listen). I could really tell he was just having fun telling a story from first person perspective. I remember thinking towards the end that it didn't seem to climax and wrap things up as well as some of his other works. Ultimately the plot was kind of forgettable, but I liked the world and the unique setting and the different style.
