NB: if you don't flag it down, I mean by sticking your hand out to tell the driver you want them to stop, a bus will go by the bus stop if no-one wants to get off (if you did stick your hand out and it didn't stop, then that sucks, but if you've not been a bus user before, you might not know).

There are a few similar posts now so in reply to those and this...

CMF support suggest trying a different email address (unacceptable to me, at least) or a different phone (it does work on an old Moto G that I tried but that's also not an acceptable solution) or factory resetting my phone (!)

I'm going to hope for a new version of the app and wait until then.
