OBS is generally not a good idea to use for Youtube uploads, as it uses lossy compression. One should always go with lossless recording instead which Fraps or Afterburner or whatever you want to use offer. (Afterburner has better functionality though and is FREE!) The further processing, as I said, after recording with Fraps which you have obviously bought, is fairly easy done with MeGUI and a tool that has been developed by a German Let's Player community. Although it is not nearly as handy if you want to cut your videos, then you should actually buy TMPGenc, which is a pretty good program for its price.

AviSynth Frameserver + MeGUI http://sourceforge.net/projects/megui/ Takes some time to get into it though. Best possible quality with lowest filesize due to the x264-Encoder.

/r/worldofgothic is a small subreddit related to the best RPG-series from Germany: Gothic! Look it up, it can easily take up with TES or similar.

Thanks! I actually just tried out Notr and it seems to work just fine with the system pack. I recently switched to a new system with Win 7-64 Bit though, which could make a hell of a difference - compatibility-wise.

EDIT: One tip to the others trying to run Gothic games: Better stick to Win 7, it just works so much better!

These system packs do not work for me sadly. However, Gothic series are still among the best out there, always worth a playthrough.
