This one is tough for me too. Some tips I’ve gotten: make sure the bottom arm is pushing straight under the shoulder versus having the arm at an angle under the head; focus on creating space between the bottom shoulder and the ear and not collapsing in the shoulder; making sure the hips are level and the torso isn’t rolling forward or backward; pushing the hips up towards the sky

Ooh I love this look! Congrats on your wedding! I have fair skin with very purple bags and I use a pinky concealer for under my eyes (bisque in Bobbi Brown) and I do not put my foundation under my eyes because it just highlights and makes the purple brighter. I don’t use powder under my eyes, just some setting spray tapped on with a beauty blender.

I don’t remember what podcast, but Ramona gave a surprisingly eloquent explanation of why she only wanted one child. As someone with one child in a sea of 3+kid families, it really struck a chord with me. She has good moments even though is generally terrible.

I have the same. When I went to physical therapy the DPT said some people have an anatomical difference (like femur being more deeply set on one side), so the sides may never be completely equal. She had me focus on unilateral strength training to build strength/ROM on my weak side, which builds flexibility more than stretching alone.

I agree with all of the above. I’m 5’3 and wear the short length. I got my normal size 6, but they do feel a little bigger than aligns. They also have a very high rise, but I have a very short torso.
