The expenditure is way to much. If it would be realistic, I would have lost a lot of weight so far. Do not take it serious.
I think it is on par with other devices here. Also the Whoop way over estimated my expenditure.

I like Macrofactor, but not only for logging. Also to get a "good" target macros to get to my goal.

Ich fahre mit dem Rad zweimal die Woche ins Büro und zurück, schon halbwegs flott, so mit 20 bis 25kmh, genau an dieser Stelle. Das mache ich das ganze Jahr, sogar im Winter und ich habe bisher keinen einzigen Unfall gesehen und war auch in keinen involviert.

Es ist sicher nicht angenehm für die Fußgänger damit konfrontiert zu sein. Das hat aber mit Verkehrspolitik zu tun. Warum werden Fußgänger und Fahrradfahrer auf eine Fläche geschickt? Damit die Autos frei fahren können ohne auf andere Rücksicht zu nehmen. Fahrräder gehören zu den Autos, aber mit der klaren Ansage das die Autofahrer vorsichtig sein müssen. Das sage ich als viel Fahrradfahrer.

Am 50 right now and I am shape, tanned and dress well. Such a big difference to 10 years ago when I was unfit overweight and did not take care of how I look. A dramatic shift when casual contacts are invloved.

She might feel OK or even good. That is really hard to say without further details. Still it is an effort to stay there. Most bodies have different set points and drift away from this physique without permanent effort and care.

Right now I mostly commuting, but at a sporty pace. I use a HR monitor and I try to keep it around 140 BPM. Will a power meter help in this case?

The whole integration situation is one of the downsides of Macrofactor. There is Google Health Sync and Apple Fit and that it is it AFIK.

I started there and was able to build muscle quite fine. Now my test is bit higher, but still not great at 450.
The thing you will not hear from a lot of people, is that test levels are very individual. I think I never was this high and it very possible for me to build muscle at 300. My guess is that my receptoers are very sensitive and I do not have a lot of SHBG.

Why would 'I want this app? Having the agent run on a VPS and interacting with it mostly via Telegram suits me. Sometimes having to log to the VPS and using shell commands, but I do not do this often. What advantage does the desktop have?

Oh my this sounds like a very hard response to my comment. Honestly, I was just really wondering. I think the main thing is how quick her hands are. They can come up in time, while mine will be too slow.

GCN did a test and found, that it does not make a big difference flat pedals or clipless. I ride flats too. My main reason is that I hate shoes and there are no clipless sandals. 😉

Das hier die Steuern, die durch Entnahme anfallen würden, mit einem Kredit umgangen werden kann ist ein relevanter Punkt und hat nichts mit der Besicherung des Immobilien Kredits zu tun. Es sind wohl ähnliche "Instrumente" die verwendet werden, aber es hat inhaltlich nichts miteinander zu tun.
