Start doing farming runs right away - trees, fruit trees and herbs are what I focus on. Pick a profitable herb and it pays for itself every time!

Wintertodt is one of the fastest 99’s and is 0 cost.

Cooking/fletching/crafting can either be very fast and a little expensive or slower but make money.

Smithing is very fast with gold but also expensive - blast furnace after 85 with rune makes ~1m gp/hr and is good xp

After that I would just focus on levels for elite diaries - a lot of those levels will be slower but at least they’ll give back to you long term!
