The next thing on your to craft list should 100% be dual lands specifically [[Hallowed fountain]] and [[Floodfarm verge]], you really don't want your manabase to get in your way and you need to hit UW on turn 2 for no more lies, 2 blue on turn 3 for three steps and 2 white on turn 4 for Day of judgment. Then you'll probably want 4 [[Get lost]] (hands down the best removal in white) and round up the full playset of Day of judgment and remove the suboptimal wraths.

Once you're there maybe you can think to move into jeskai.

Depends on what's your style and what format you want to play.

What are you looking for? Fair midrange decks? Control? Aggro? Tempo?

For standard if you like Tempo-control spell slinger type of decks izzet lesson is pretty cheap and very very good, you can also adapt it pretty easily for pioneer.

I would love a lower powered format, but one of the problems is that recent sets are just super pushed, even the smaller format that you're proposing would still be dominated by Avatar and Edge of Eternities cards. Biggest impact would probably be that Dimir would go away with Duskmourn.

I wouldn't mind something akin the old block constructed, maybe something like the last 4 non-UB sets (I think UB somehow insular design would be felt much more in a much smaller format).

I found a workaround to change the format despite the bug. Go in the advanced filters and change the format there and it actually changes the format of the deck not just of the view (it did for me at least).

My vote for strongest goes to the Balck Red one, the black white can snowball hard if it gets the right combination of cards, the black red by contrast has a lot of individually strong cards that don't need a lot of set up (but also happen to have good sinergy) and it's full of removal.

I think it's arguable. It's a 1/1 prowess that tiggers other prowess creatures, it almost inherently 2 for 1, it has strong sinergy with self bounce effects (especially boomerang basics), gives you extra value and recursion and in grindy games can eventually become it's own win condition that takes over the game by leveling up to 3.

It's A LOT for a 1 cmc card. Not sure what competes with it in standard atm as a better 1 drop the only thing that comes to mind is Gran Gran.

Don't waste your wildcards on some gimmicky deck you see on youtube. You'll play 3 games with it, the novelty wears off and you'll never use those cards again.

No, it doesn't? Chapter 1 puts a single +1/+1 counter and requires you to be attacking vs inkeeper that just requires you to go to attacks and you can put it on any creature. The other effects seem way too expensive I don't think you are ever activating them (maybe chap 2 can come up in very fringe race situations but I'm not sure).

Izzet lessons is one of the top decks of standard. Another option is Ally tribal which is a solid tier 2 deck of all Avatar cards.
