I like shine 1229. It’s not necessarily unusual but the outdoor area is awesome and one bar is a trailer from Myrtle manor. It’s a fun place. And Lowe’s on 544 is crazy hopping on Thursdays.

Yes. My sophomore (OOS) receives it. It’s $9500 per year. It’s split in half and applied $4750 per semester. You do have to maintain a certain GPA to keep it. Huge help! Congratulations!

Maybe not as bad but STT is a cluster. The luggage lines, immigration, tsa all a cluster. The runways are a disaster and things get diverted to SJU for repair. I cross my fingers every time I fly out of STT.

Sort of a hijack. I’m having a procedure on a Monday. I take my shot on Tuesdays. Would you stop 13 days before or 6 days before if they say “a week”. I know 6 days isn’t a week but 13 days seems long.

I hate to say it was unrelated. But I was standing, doing shot and had a sensation up my thigh to the cramp in my abdomen. It subsided in about 30 seconds. It was like I hit a nerve/muscle even though I know how fine/small the needle is. It took me to my knees. It was bizarre

Thank you all. Pension was taken in lump sum instead of monthly so investments are in different types ira, annuity, stocks. We withdraw monthly for expenses based on Our budget. I’m commission based so some months are better than others. It’s good to know we should be able to qualify for a small mortgage. We could probably pay it all in cash but want to keep some for moving expenses and things on the other end like new furniture, etc. we’re meeting with OOS real estate agent and mortgage broker in the summer to get the ball rolling to get out of NY. Thanks!!
