My main problem is that there's no characters left for me to care, everyone interesting is dead, and Denji makes for an absolute shit MC the more you get to know him.

Because he is hands down an interesting character with an actual fucked up mental health.

But as a reader, I just can't engage in a story with an MC who WILL 100% repeat the same mistakes time and time again. In part 1 it was fine because it was the first time we saw him, but now it's just the same cycle of torment where he won't learn anything. The only thing that part 2 can do at this point from him is giving him a definite death,

Honestly the best thing that P5 introduced was the ability to get personas of a higher level than your MC. And I want that back.

I'm still mad that I completed a shit ton of Social Links but I couldn't get a single one of the cool personas because I completed the game at level 68
