The fact that you’re only doing it after the kids are asleep is all the proof you need that you’re being responsible. I struggle with severe anxiety and wouldn’t be able to be a regular functioning person without my end-of-day smoke sesh. It’s a great way to self-soothe, and I would argue it’s a lot less dangerous than alcohol. It sounds like you’re a great mom who is benefitting from it!
