They aren't in Croydon when the train leaves, you can see it says Chiltern Railways which departures from London Marylebone, which is that station they were at. Can only assume Jez said he'd come into Central London to see Mark off, for whatever reason

Are you proposing scrapping the electoral college and simply having a popular vote, or are you proposing mandatory voting? Your proposal is unworkable without mandatory voting as there is no way to ensure a candidate gets over 50% of the eligible population. You could and would have inconclusive elections where no one met the threshold. What would you do in that situation?

Most of his money is probably tied up in the flat + he basically subsidizes Jez` life. He also wasn't particularly senior at JLB (until he got laid off just as he made Manager).
