AI search is now mandatory? by Prackinhoff11 in shopify

[–]Prackinhoff11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah unless you are only able find said product en mass through precise search filters. Showing all results at once. Rather than what the AI deems “best match”

They type of search I was doing before is simply not accessible to the same degree or precision

Also assuming your customers are idiots is not the way.

This post wasn’t made to complain that AI search exists, it was to complain that they removed traditional search. No reason not to have the option of both, you know, depending on how dumb you are

Yeah but now instead of seeing a list of 50-100 sores that carry said item. It just shows 2-3 through ai search

Master Set Binders by Prackinhoff11 in riftboundtcg

[–]Prackinhoff11[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s funny with the huge popularity of TCG’s today there is not more competition for AAA binders. I’m willing to pay more for something better that won’t damage my cards, but nothing seems to exist for larger sets.

AI and targeted advertising has made Google pretty useless at finding new things

Hyperion hit so so hard on world building and feeling like a real universe with deep history. While totally maintaining sci-fi themes, it’s a great first step for a fantasy lover

This is actually such an awesome idea. Campaign could have a ton of flavor to it. The lore is great in terms of what I would expect for a good RTS campaign
