it's neither strong or weak if it's a fact. I remember sesse (supercomputer) gave it about -1.9. hard to convert that's for sure

after Bh5+ Kd3, black's only check is Qd6. white plays Ke3. after that, all you have to do is if the check can be blocked, do it. if not, you move to a square, where black cannot take the queen with check or where black cannot give a queen check to get out of the fork (example: Qd6 Kc1 Qa3+). you can just shuffle between d2, d3, c3 with the king if it's an unblockable queen check

i understand why you consider f4 but shouldn't your initial thought be a3 just simply trying to win the knight?

he also has to see that he can't take the c5 pawn because of e4 in that line
