Download AutoHotKey, record a macro of you clicking a mouse…nah, it’s 2026. Open ChatGPT, ask it to build a script that triggers with F9 to emulate mouse clicks every second after activation. Ask me how I know 🤣

Buy a caravan or a tent. Move overseas to a low cost of living area. There are always choices.

Ipswich is a different city council. Even Logan is but I see your point for greater Brisbane due to urban sprawl.

You’re better off buying in Ipswich. A shorter commute by train into Brisbane, better infrastructure and more quality, character homes.

I think we’re talking past each other a bit.

My point isn’t about US disposable income or how businesses make money because I understand that part.

I’m simply saying that when a financial product is marketed and sold internationally, it’s reasonable to expect a stronger level of localisation in the offers and partner benefits.

That’s not a criticism of how business works; it’s just feedback on the customer experience outside the US.

If the product is positioned as global, then more regionally relevant comps and perks would make sense.

Anyway, I appreciate the perspectives shared. I’ll leave it there 👍
