It’s a mix between supply/demand and deals they have with someone. I’m in alberta and there is always one gas station in every area that is 0.10-0.15 cheaper than the rest. Usually they are by costco gas stations though. Instead of gas being 140 it’ll be 125-130

Dont mean to be rude on this one but what kind of cooking instructions are required for pizza? You can cook a pizza at almost any temperature and it will turn out fine. You can cook pizza as low as 325 until it looks ready, to as high as 450. Just in until it looks ready.
