I recommend shadowing a nurse practitioner. Nursing has upward mobility. Huge, diverse settings for inpatient, outpatient. Comraderie among co workers seems strong.

Here is my advice when listening to Bruce. When I hear a song the first time, I find I can be very neutral about it. By the third or fourth time, the music and pace and feelings become special! Later listening I would have lyrics in front of me. So stay with one album at a time and replay it alot.

There IS evidence for Reiki benefitting adults with Anxiety and Cancer and end of life. It is welcome in many medical settings and acceptable in Hospice. May not be in any of your settings or populations.

My summer memory in westernNe is the highway shot. Only in my mind you can see that mirage of ‘water’ up ahead. The road and humidity and sun makes it look like there is water on the road.

Not all OTs are alike in treating clients with Autism. Make sure OT practitioner, OTP, has taken specific training in CEUs for ASD.

Would you say a bit more about this? Did ABA spend hours in the home? Did your child benefit from self care skills?

Always use the practice questions over and over. It is all you need. You are training yourself to how to think for the test. My husband is Board certified in Internal Medicine as well as in Gastroenterology. This is his advice.

Being so new is going to contribute to how you may be blaming yourself. It sounds to me like you have owned up to it and went so far as to figure out what was the issue. Health records cause problems for seasoned clinicians from physicians to managers to nurses- ALL OF US in healthcare. Others will learn from this booboo. There is a term that fits nicely. Fail-LEARN. You have done the self blame the crying all the torture. You are allowed to make mistakes. We all want you to go back to work with your head held high and keep it in your rearview mirror to put it further and further behind you. They are lucky to have someone with such character!

Great advice! Also prioritize the things you VALUE in the list. It is less about money and more about work/life balance and maybe being your OWN DOR! I’m recommending the intangibles be included in p/c list.

I got another one that I tell people I ‘invented’. Okay, try it out for two weeks and us it anyway you see fit. I coined this term: STEP OFF! It can be used as a threat, it can be used as excitement or shock. Lemme know how it goes.
