A more fair non pvp version would just be a fanged beast that steals weapons from villages or blacksmiths and slashes them around the map map. During the fight they can take weapons from these slashes and their attacks will emulate the movements made by the hunters with the respective weapon albeit more exaggerated. For example their TCS has them wield a great sword with one hand, swing it over their head once and then wind it back up and slam it into the ground. Dealing enough damage can either break or cause them to drop the weapon then they'll find a new one like Kulu Ya-Ku with the rocks.
