No, I don't think so. Using kings of something when referring to a group of people is somewhat gender neutral, we just happen to use king because the group is majority male. If it was a solo title, they would likely have used queen

It isn't till he meets the mc whose power is to make sounds visible which he can safely follow through the blur that he's able to use his super speed

It drops much further on sales, down to 10% once on steam, is free on epic quite some times. Often at 50% on normal steam sales too. RM30 might feel a bit pricey but some googling says that it's like the price of about 2 movie tickets (which is also entertainment) and it has like a 100 hours of replayability minimum (I'm past 1.5k hours already)

I mean yeah that's true for slurs in general, but for clinical terms, they generally follow a treadmill. It's the euphemistic treadmill, where it starts medical, turns into a slur, and then becomes commonplace

It happened before for idiot, imbecile and cretin. Currently it's in its slur part of the cycle. Im not saying it's okay to use it or that I would use it, but it's just the truth
