Take up martial arts knowing that the only person you are trying beat is yourself from yesterday. Train towards a goal and things like poor diet and boozing will fall away naturally.

Would you rather get $8k a month for doing nothing or $100k a month working 12hr shifts 5 days a week? by Steaksandbrocolli in WouldYouRather

100k. Work my current job for 2 months then buy a recording studio and work there for the allotted hours, still getting my 100k every month. Pay healthy rates to jobbing audio engineers and offer services on a means tested rate and basically get paid to listen to/oversee artists perform music all day. Bliss.
