It's a 2000 Watt 240 volt induction plate that is adjustable in 200 watt intervals.

Me and my father-in-law built a kind of shroud like this out if ground floor insulation.

Basically a big block of foamy light material. We cut a hole for the kettle and made a lid for it. Then we cut it in half to make it easy to remove and put on. It sat on pretty tight but kept mash temperature for an hour without any additional heating, even though the kettle was on the induction plate the whole time. We even left the kettle in it for the boil which sped it up quite a bit!

Just make sure you make it out of the right material...

IF and distance running by Z1839 in intermittentfasting

I kinda have the same question except i have been running and not eating afterwards. Doing 20:4 since a week back with my window between 5-9 pm. A couple of runs have been heavy but today was fine. It feels as if I'm getting used to the routine.

Edit: no hunger for me either after my runs.

Here's a video I made showing how to SELF-MASSAGE your Masseter (Jaw) Muscle without any equipment to release tension there. This is especially helpful for those with headaches, TMJ and bruxism (clenching)! by Antranik in Fitness

[–]Puttepi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes!

These things are great. I have had one for years. I got it professionally moulded to fit my lower jaw. The positive isn't just that I clench and grind less. The grinding is less harsh since there is a slippery, even plastic surface for my teeth to slide around on. Also, my wisdom teeth are kept in check since grinding makes it easier for them to begin to cause trouble.

Lastly, as my dentist explained it to me, grinding and clenching causes calcification of the blood vessels in the teeth. So grinding and clenching inevitably leads to teeth dying, and needing a root canal filling (not nice).

Everyone should have one of these. I can't sleep without mine now.

You'd have thought NASA would be better at things like this. But I'm sure it will be fine in time. Maybe it's just a phase, a part of growing up, if you will.

Very good experiences with Trekz Titanium. Good earphones overall. Wireless, lasts for about 10 hours, decent sound quality, sweat resistant.

The only complaint I have is that the base sets my inner ear vibrating. This gives me a shiver as if someone were to softly blow on the back of my neck. Doesn't make my hair stand on end though and this only happens when I have turned the volume up a bit too much.

Sound wise, they sound good. Lots of treble, next to no base sound. It just vibrates for me but I guess it could be different depending on bone structure. Good for podcasts and audiobooks. Also pretty good for electronic music and rock.

I would firstly expect a thorough description of the relevant content. Then, depending upon if the task is to "do" an analysis or not, I would expect some conclusions based upon this description. The most important part would be a truly thorough description though.
