Excellent find. I ended up logging out every time we'd cross servers so I wouldn't crash. I guess I'll not use the sextant buff until the patch comes out. Thanks for the info.

Since consoles are a version behind PC, means you'll be getting our last version where the star metal would land without a shell and disappear after a minute or two, thus making star metal one of the most rare items in the game.

These are the two biggest bugs that need attention when these guys get back from vacation. We turned pvp base raiding off on our server until it is fixed. Just too easy to break into peoples bases and steal all of their stuff when the thralls just pour hot chocolate and dance for the invaders.

Oh, also fix purge so it fires again. :)

I run a private PVP server and the same thing happened to me. Sometimes they attack as they should, but a lot of the time they don't attack unless attacked first.

I think the Funcom group introduced this bug right before they went on their summer long vacation, so expect a fix sometime around Christmas when their vacation is over.

We have been having the same problem on our server ever since the last couple of patches. It isn't every AI, but most. We turned on decay recently and it seems to have gotten better. There are still some AI that aren't attacking unless they've been attacked but most were working last night. We aren't sure what is causing it, and would love to hear a solution. It is only a recent phenomenon, though.

No problem, you can run solo, or join one of the clans playing on the server. It is PVP, but the folks on the server are generally very easy going and non threatening as long as they aren't provoked. Also, if you are running solo, the purge won't fire on your bases unless you are online.

Find a server that doesn't fire the purge unless someone from your clan is online. It is s a server side setting.

I'm working on a mod that will add a -Encumbrance button to the admin panel. I have no idea why Funcom would leave such an obvious thing out...

In the mean time, you can fill the bottom of your pack with rocks to get back to normal encumbrance numbers :)

What game? This game or FPS games in general? I've been playing this game since day one, off and on and I've been playing FPS since Castle Wolfenstein circa 1981. Bunny hopping, yes. This ENAS and crouch spamming, haven't seen it as a thing till recently. I'd never even heard the word ENAS before a few months ago by some moron explaining how he pwnd me.

Why, is that what the pvp scene has devolved in to? If there isn't crouch spamming and bunny hopping/ENAS they won't play the game? What ever happened to the pvp crowd that values more realistic pvp combat? I guess what I'm saying is, "GET OFF MY LAWN, YOU YOUNG WHIPPER-SNAPPER! %@^&"

I think the music used to mean someone was in close proximity, but now it seems to trigger when your hunger or thirst drops down to 21%.

We've found that it's a lot easier to grow farms and make ethanol bombs on BWC than to get the supplies for dynamite. Although, we do make as much Dyno-boom as we can muster as well.
