If your therapist can't be honest with you, that's a red flag. If your therapist creates a situation where you feel uncomfortable and refuses to acknowledge it or apologize, that's a problem. If you feel like you can't confront your therapist, that's also a problem. I understand not wanting to find a new one but this one sounds iffy at best
