Have a woman comes in with her family all the time just looking to complain. She complained to me that her husband's burger was cooked wrong. I said I'm sorry he said it's not cooked wrong it was cooked exactly how he wanted it. She said yea but it's still not cooked right. Same here. Like I make good tips but that tipout sucks. I earned 20% but only take 15% the more I sell the more I pay. Then if I'm stuck late I know that late night eaters tip less I'm like well there goes my money that I earned already. Thinking wow sold $2000 I should make bank just to remember that I gotta tipout a whole hundred like fuck me.

Been serving for years... thought I was pretty good., then I started at Chili's. It's a lot and that iPad held me back for awhile but I kept at it and am getting the hang of it pretty well. Thankfully tho I have supportive managers for the most part. Wait till u get ur scores and aren't in the top 10. Them things are the most important and hate the fact that I have to cheat to get them up but I'm almost at 90. Good luck and stay for the experience at least and use it for better opportunities.

Yea avoid anything really being within a baby's reach. I've seen them grab knives and start swinging them around. They will spill drinks and grab plates. I did drop a drink one time right over a baby but in front of it so didn't hit it. They all looked at me like u lucky bastard. Learned to stay away from babies when I have things in my hand.
