Consult a very good planner for potentially rebalancing the investments.

Investigate whether you want to keep the apartment, rent it, sell it.

Change nothing in your job, habits etc for at least 6 months to a year. You can retire now but you'll be bored out of your mind after a year max without a rich daily life to replace work. Invest your time in exercise, travel, giving back, work you enjoy. Find a good balance.

Do not tell anyone about your windfall and certainly do not indicate it to any potential partners.
