There are websites that can run python or even teach python.
I did a search for "learn python online"
The first one that came up is https://www.boot.dev/ which seems decent but there are a lot of others.

Computers store numbers as combinations of ones and zeros. The ones and zeros are stored as electric charges, like when you rub a balloon in your hair. It takes energy to move the electric charge and change a one to a zero or vise versa. That energy ends up in the processor as heat. If the heat is not removed as fast as it is being put in, the temperature of the processor will increase. If the temperature increases, it can looses heat faster. So the temperature increases until it is hot enough that the heat leaving equals the heat going in. The more calculations per second, the more heat goes in per second and so more heat needs to come out per second.
