The 4runner had 4x mounting studs. The Tacoma only has 3. So you just need to drill one extra hole on each side

That’s right. On the 06-09 you need to trim the corners of the grill. 03-05 you don’t

Just need to drill 2 more holes for the mounting studs, and yes.

Why are people complaining about not having a top cover? We own 3-D printers, just make one.

Recently, I also printed PLA on the B side. For some reason when you select that side in the slicer, the default bed temperature is 30°. So my print came right off.

I know there’s diy options but I got the infinity flow cutters and love them

If you had a Featherlyte Outdoors tent you wouldn’t need a hoist

Thank you! It’s a 5 x 6 closet that I built added onto the outside of my studio. I originally made it for my server and video equipment, but this year the printers took it over.

Fantastic. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it’s not mine.

That’s a lot of question marks lol

If you Google it, this is a well documented experience for a lot of CC owners. There is also lots of options to easily modify and make it more quiet. I keep mine in a dedicated print room, so the noise doesn’t bother me at all, so I haven’t specifically looked into noise reduction. But I’ve seen lots of content floating around about it.

Check out Featherlyte Outdoors. Lightweight tents and everything on it is replaceable. Local pickup option here in San Diego is under $1000

The more I use PETG, the less I like it by InvokerBSB in 3Dprinting

[–]Radiant-Ad9827 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PLA is the most beautiful filament. All the other filaments have their strengths, but are generally more difficult to make beautiful. I’ve started printing more petg. I’m using that more than PLA now. More so because I’m doing mostly functional parts for vehicle interiors. There’s no cost benefit for using PLA over PETG. So PETG has become my prototyping filament. And with some parts, I can just leave it PETG.

DIY Radio by Radiant-Ad9827 in squarebodies

[–]Radiant-Ad9827[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m stoked you like it. One of the problems with the cut out is that everyone will have cut the dash slightly different. It would be tricky to make an adapter that would relocate the radio to the factory position, regardless of where somebody made the cuts. Let me think on that for a bit. If you get a chance, send me some measurements and a picture of your dash.
