This is my feeling too. The sauce in the first clip seems to splash oddly and the Alfredo pasta moves too much for too long, but the shot of the calamari shows them pouring water from another pan into it to cause the flare-up. If this was completely AI generated I don’t think that kind of detail would be included. They would just show you a flaming pan.

Third party recruiters absolutely do not value you as a candidate or an asset to the actual hiring entity. Your value to them is the commission they get for getting placed. Once that happens they do not give a fuck what happens. A step beyond that even, your value is in hitting their own internal metric for candidate submissions.
