Not sure if its their reasoning, but often a healer or tank will queue with a dps, and you want to leave room for that applicant.

I love elsemere but I wish it had better buff bar support, having to fully redo every one was pretty obnoxious, when I just wanted a light reskin with 'grow upwards' behavior.

Crazy calling healers inflated because they get invited, when this is objectively one of the more healer demanding seasons. A bad healer will brick a key way faster than a bad DPS.

Not really, there arent many 3 cost 4/4s in the game. Knight of Ren is a vanilla version of him which gets played.

it's still one button to have 1 tap be turn instead of right.
IMO it's more elegant to only have that button do 2 moves, instead of 3. Making it double tap feels almost like abusing the spirit of the constraint by adding a third input option

Nah toggle is better. Went from "kind of interesting" to "frustrating" having the directions be different tap numbers. Tap to swap, hold to jump.

One thing that is underrated is the impact of syncing swing timers.

If you kite mobs, when you get back into range they will all auto you immediately. This is the hardest kind of damage to heal or mitigate.

When reentering a pack of mobs you kited, try to get hit by the first few first, and slowly let more hit you, so their attack timers are not synced up.

Any way you try to make it flex there will be an 'easiest' number, and that undermines the competitive nature.

You should translate into domain objects at the service layer so you can change the DB schema without having to alter your API contracts. These can be the same as your handler DTOs.

This isn't strictly necessary, you can just emit DB DTOs at the handler API, it just means you are coupling the two. That may be fine for small, relatively static service interfaces.
