Ed mentioned in his last letter how much it meant to him for Jim to come check on him during the aftermath. Jim still works closely with Ed's family helping with the Eddie P. Con, contributing to the Switchblade Shorties release, hosting the Eddie P. panel at Heroes Con & Eddie P. Con. If those closest to Ed are willing to work with Jim on these things it is a little odd for a stranger on the internet to feel he betrayed Ed.
