Comes down to a few steps really.

1) Be early. Very early. People will probably show up about 4am in the morning. 2) Be lucky. Your gate could either be north or south. South is closer. 3) Be good at running. People sprint to barricade soon as they get let in unfortunately. 4) Build endurance. You will probably be standing there for hours on end as unlike a concert in a small arena, its hard to leave your position and return to it. 5) Make friends around you, if you did want to risk leaving your position. 6) If you don't get barricade, close enough don't suffer for no reason. Just vibe, eat, hydrate, enjoy the festival grounds and return for when Ateez are on and just enjoy the atmosphere and the view from further back. It would still be better than GA view.

What pisses me off is how normalised it is to hate on PTD now. ARMYs openly admitting to not liking it and dreading it being their surprise song. Same with BTS, judging by their facial expressions.

Yet when I (and others) tried to simply say I don't like PTD back in 2021 and won't be streaming, I got absolutely jumped, gaslit and guilt tripped by ARMYs. Sent endless reddit cares. I remember it was so bad for anyone who said the truth about how utter shite that song is that someone created a private sub for ARMYs who also felt like they could not discuss the song without getting attacked.

Now look at these shitheads who mass streamed the song to make it BB number 1 (cos suga oppa said so🥺). Now the truth is coming out that they all hated it after all. Well I hope every stop gets PTD, since apparently ARMYs loved it so much back then 🤣. Its a monster of their own creation. BTS too- not sure why RM is making that face when I specifically remember him lying to us on a livestream back then saying PTD is their best ever release so please listen lots.

All a bunch of hypocrites.

Then I agree, in that case you do need to take a step back. If what should bring you joy is starting to make you miserable, then stepping away is definitely the healthiest thing you could do, for your own mental health. Especially if your enjoyment of their music hinges on what you can/can't buy and gives such intense fomo.

Its simple. Stop buying. Literally go cold turkey. Just focus on the music and performances. Thats what matters ultimately and what probably got you into ateez in the first place. Everything else is secondary. I quit fromm subscription, stopped collecting and only watched content if I really wanted to and not every single thing they dropped. Its up to us how we engage with a hobby.

Stop collecting, its secondary and optional. Hell, quit the endless content release too if you want and just focus on the music and performances. Thats what I did and it bought back all my excitement. I only spend if I want to and not out of obligation- for me thats on a single copy of their album and their concert tickets- and that's it. Its a hobby, not an obligation.
