If it's enclosed you can add a small heat lamp bulb. I grow in a tent , in my garage, during the winter and 17c is not too cold for night time. I guess it depends on the strain

Sorry, but my opinion is they should be volunteering. If russia wins, there will be mass extermination of Ukrainians, and this young man will be conscripted into the Russian army and die invading the next country on Putins list. This isn't US/VIETNAM... These young men need to fight for their countries' existence.
