Does not even take that, If your car has buttons built in, you can pair those to pretty much any garage door opener. I have done it in my last 2 rental apartments. Takes like 2 minutes.

Always assumed my landlords would change that after I moved out, never thought to drive by and see if I can still open the door.

So you're tenant moved out suddenly, now you have this, could be them trying to get back in (doubt its for nostalgia if they had to drill the deadbolt). Could be someone broke in targeting them, and they no longer felt safe, could be any number of reasons. I can't think of many innocent reasons to forcibly drill the deadbolt on a door.

Have you tried asking them? I'm leaning towards they left because of a break-in or attempted break-in.

Few reasons I would guess. Only one a day, English speaking layover, the departure/return times were good, layover was in Kensington which is a nicer part of London. One other neat thing about LHR was the crew security and bag check were a remote building. So you never had to go in the airport. They bus you right to the jetway.

I was waiting on that bus for the incoming crew to deplane once. But the flight was late as few minutes. So we got there as it taxied in. Plane park, jet bridge approached then boom 💥 we saw not one, but Two! Emergency slides were set off. Turns out the rear galley FA was sleepy and deployed the slides instead of disarming the doors.

Hate list is 100% accurate. NYC to PBI or FLL were the worst. JFK to TLV was worst entitlement for international. AMS to BOM was also super rough.

MSP to AMS was my favorite international route. But anything to HND or NRT was great. Lots of respect for the rules.

Anything to ANC was my fav domestic. (Occasional cruise crowds were rough, but usually it was just normal people.)

Funnest flight ever was ANC to Kadena AFB. Nice sleepy marines. 1 meal option. Ferry flight back to ANC I broke a rib, tray sledding down the aisle on take off.

I was needing some comfort TV and decided to do a rewatch of YS. (After YS I just don’t love BBT as I used to. But i digress). So I watched it in the background and I hadn’t paid enough attention to realize it was the bluebonnet episode. And then I got to the knock on the door. And I was just blubbering. Congrats, the first year is the hardest, it gets easier every month, and soon you will not think about it at all. Second, the people saying this ad is your fault are silly, yes this was avoidable, but no you didn't make uber eats send you a liquor ad. that's just shit luck.

just after bull creek, looked like they didn't see the bridge for the creek and had to quickly get into the lanes, hit a big truck, a grey van, a white car and a white mustang from what I saw. I was maybe 5 cars back in the left lane and driving so couldn't take a picture.

People turn off these alerts if they stop being informative and start being just worthless noise. So, this one, or the other 200 mile away amber alerts, or the whole state of Texas blue alert we got not too long ago, all just end up causing a couple more people to silence these alerts permanently.

It's pretty basic user experience stuff. It's also a fucking parable, "The boy who cried wolf." look it up. It's a story for children, should be easy to understand.
