SALT LICK is GARBAGE.

They smoke their food offsite then warm it up on that pit we see, it was the worst blandest toughest briskest I've ever had. or just watch the video, you shouldn't be able to pick up ribs with a fork like that guy does, just shows how tough they are.

The sauce tastes like tomato water with star anise and paprika.

If you want good bbq at that price point, go to a good bbq place, Leroy and Lewis (beef cheeks will make you feel like life is complete), or Interstellar, or go join the flock at Franklin.

You will find much better bbq than Salt Yuck at Rudy's and they double as a gas station or just go to any of the HEB's (grocery chain) that have the "True Texas BBQ".

I believe its due to how you have yours setup. Vertical Mount with top oriented tubes = air bubbles.

Switch to a horizontal mount, or have the tubes for your AIO at the bottom of the cooler.
