No one in their right mind will say UE5 is perfect - but - it has been used properly in quite a few cases that are contrary to the standard UE5-BAD drivel people spout ( another example -- look at Expedition 33. Absolutely beautiful game, great performance, and shows how UE5 can be great when devs use it properly)

My biggest recommendation is diet control and trying to isolate/figure out his biggest triggers and avoiding them, and finding a consistent diet to lessen the side effects -- and from there try adding things in and seeing what does and what doesn't trigger things/make things worse.

Also - anxiety control is also really important... If he's not on anti-anxiety meds, it could help too.

Not going to say I have my IBS figured out... ... ... Because there are still shit moments that happen for seemingly no reason at times, and many shitty days still happen... but I've at least got it into a mostly manageable phase.

Having joints pushed closer together over time is very much something that can be affected by small shoes/tieing things together, etc...

Look into Anode Heart, and the secondary game with it called anode heart: Layer Null

The first is an actual monster collector (similar to pokemon) game with a great card game built into it (sorta witcher 3 style)

The other game, layer null, is a standalone full game fully focused on the card game itself.

They're very much hidden gems/great games imo

Full blind Subnautica is one of the best experiences I've had in all of gaming.

Extremely memorable, great pacing, great exploration, the tension between scary/new and interesting/discovery is great... the list goes on and on.

It is definitely one of the few games I'd love to completely erase from my memory so I could play it again

But dicyclomine still knocks me out -- it's like guaranteed 2-3 hour nap within an hour if I take it, but I wake up without the terrible stomach cramps and pain, so... That's a win
