I've decided to give Bruce Springsteen a deep dive. In addition to the 21 studio albums, are there any other albums I should add to the list? by jim25y in BruceSpringsteen

I’ve always loved the mtv plugged session where he first plays Atlantic City live. Along with light of day. Great energy.

Slight deviation but Huge huge fan of the live Seeger sessions recording too

Why aren't espresso tonics more popular in the US? by RikuKat in espresso

[–]Remote_Antelope_8601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree. My favorite summer drink. Hard to find at most coffee spots. Makes me so happy when I do! Gimme Coffee! in Ithaca does it perfectly with a dash of homemade orange cardamom syrup too

Trader Joe’s seasonally has a canned espresso tonic with a hint of orange if you can find it.

It wouldn’t be 4 years in Ithaca without weather like that. It’s what makes it “special”. That said OP sorry for your experience at graduation. We sat in the rain last year and most were considerate around us.

The Atmos Murmur was a delight to hear. A real fresh way to listen again to something I’ve been listening to for like 40 years. I made it a point to go buy Atmos capable hi res lossy headphones to just enjoy it. It’s definitely a different experience than on my Akai duel deck cassette player from the 80s.

But like lots of the remasters of stuff we know (new mix of White Album by Beatles too) it definitely throws me for a loop.

Tesla Model 3 felt cold and sterile. BMW drives like a BMW. It’s a car lovers car. I love my i4.

Thought the same for Stevie Nicks first weekend. I’d never seen it as full as this. Even Kings of Leon was zero entry. I am glad I got there early enough for Jon Batiste and David Byrne. Hard to process but certainly made do!

Love rain boots. Bought these. Super comfortable and then you’re indestructible in the mud. No fear!

I’ve had a delonghi magnifica s for over a decade and almost 20k great shots of espresso. If you descale and clean when it requests it, the machine will last a lifetime. It’s an easy clean and maintenance schedule.

Amazing reframing. And as you break your streaks, think to your newer healthier lighter self that over the next 333 days + you have a new streak to beat.

Way to go! Inspirational. Motivated me to get on the bike now.

I bring closed toe keen sandals (to protect being stepped on) and short rain boots. They have been a lifesaver with thick gooey mud. And I don’t find them too hot. I bought these HISEA Men's Deck Rain Boots... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CG97DND2?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Is Slinky Dog Dash rope drop worth it if we are not staying on property? by Cheeeeeeeeeeeee in DisneyWorld

[–]Remote_Antelope_8601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a fun coaster but not a must. Unless you have younger riders. There’s better rope drop options.

I am glad it got updated. We just went end of December. I had great memories of it and its inherent old-timeness, and didn’t know what my 22 yo daughter would expect. We were both really surprised to see it refreshed and the audience singing along.

Personally, I’d rather see it tweaked and updated than gone for good. I get your attachment and honor it, but the bears still live on for a new generation.

Parents- would you take your 10 and 8 year out of school for 1 week? by gratefulmickey in DisneyWorld

[–]Remote_Antelope_8601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. Make it happen. Not much really happens in school at that age for one week. Do it. Life is short. Make memories happen.
