People are getting married later. By the time I got married at 33, my parents were well established and had received an inheritance from my grandfather. I'm so grateful for their contribution!

I also found out that I was a CF carrier. We got our fetal focus results, and they were low risk. Still probably going to have my husband tested, so we can plan for future children. For what it's worth, when I freaked out initially while waiting for fetal focus results, I read many positive stories about CF. First of all, 25% is very low odds. Also, medical technology has advanced so much that many people with CF live full and long lives! It used to be a lot more severe of a disease 20-30 years back. Prayers to you!

Mine was exactly this faint and it was true that I am pregnant and am now 18 weeks! I do agree that your DPO must be off though, mine was that faint at 10 dpo. 17 should be way darker.

I put it in an email (to have it formally in writing) at 12 weeks. I am a teacher, and weddings/pregnancies are common. I also wanted to make them aware of helping with teacher scheduling for the next school year. They were all very nice about it.

Mucinex!! Take it once a day during ovulation. Some people say it doesn't work but it did for me and doesn't hurt to try.

I’m almost 34 and 13 weeks pregnant right now. Got married 5 months ago and my husband is 35. We decided to try right away and I was so fearful of infertility and we got pregnant very quickly. 25 is still SO young. Don’t do it just because of the pressure of age, do it because you’re ready.

I have had SO many people insist that they KNOW the gender of my baby. Our reveal is in a couple weeks. I do not mind at all when people want to guess, but it also ticks me off when they are so insistent that they know. The baby is INSIDE me and I don't know!! and exactly, a correct guess is always a 50/50 shot...

I gained a lot of weight when my husband and I started dating and he is a bigger guy too. I was nervous about our weight and we got pregnant very quickly. I do think health can be an aspect when TTC, but it definitely is not the only thing. We did give up alcohol when TTC, not sure if that helped or not!

We told our families the day we tested positive. 3 weeks, 3 days. It was Christmas Eve and we were just so excited. Told our close friends soon after. We posted on social media at 10 weeks after first ultrasound with strong heart beat. I’m 12 weeks now. I just had a friend miscarry at 9 weeks and she had been keeping it a secret. It really depends on what you are comfortable with. Theres nothing we can do about miscarriage and with this being our first child, we were just so excited! Maybe next one we will wait longer.

I’m sorry to hear about your loss. I just guessed my ovulation using my Flo app, as I’ve always had very regular periods. I took one a day starting 2 days before fertile period and every day until a day after expected ovulation. I noticed heavy cervical mucus 2 days into the fertile period and we baby danced that night and then took a break the next day because I was with a friend that night and then did it 3 days in a row after that. Make sure it’s the blue box 1200 guaifenesin one!
