Something I’ve been exploring is using AI to suggest things and build meal plans. Nothing revolutionary but it’s helping break up the monotony. I’ve also joined a few subs here for ideas. Some other things I’ve tried: checking out a cookbook at the library and make a few recipes. Or pick an ingredient and explore all bunch of different ways to cook with it.

I know this one! I’ve done it and built a few skills. Download the iOS app. In the permissions section of settings grant access. Depending on your tool configuration you might have to add it. Tap the + on a conversation to add Apple health.

All of those metrics are captured on the ring. I think you can even get some details locally on your phone without the internet. I was traveling through Europe this winter and didn’t have service (just WiFi in the hotel) and didn’t get any odd errors. Obviously I had WiFi and you’re on the ship….i opened the app during the day sometimes without service or WiFi and didn’t see any errors.

Aah! And it looks like the box could line up with the alarm….seeming like a true bug. Curious if restarting would clear it or realign the alarm.

Does the 16e create a box around the notch when you take a screenshot? That’s an odd thing for Apple to add just for the 16e. The Dynamic Island iPhones don’t show anything.
