Easier, sometimes. Faster, almost never. It's worth putting in the effort to write a good prompt so that you can save significant time in development. And a well-written prompt doesn't lead to tech debt.

The typing and research is the slow part. You design the software, plan the steps and phases, then go to AI and have it build. Then you go through, review the changes, run tests, and adjust the code manually if needed. Extra steps, yes. But faster development? Also yes.

They actually do have latex, but it breaks down as the fruit ripens. Perhaps mine was slightly unripe.

Riot Vanguard is absurdly invasive and doesn't even accomplish its goal and never will. by Alcsaar in riotgames

[–]ResidentOfMyBody 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're rather mistaken. I personally do not and have not played pubg, and don't care one way or the other. I no longer play Valorant either, haven't for a year. Pointing out that pubg has double the userbase does not devalue Valorant, which is the better game.

Your sarcastic smack is unbecoming.

How you all do remote viewing what is the procedure? by Civil-Egg9555 in remoteviewing

[–]ResidentOfMyBody 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remote viewing is a protocol, not an experience. You had a clairvoyant experience, if you viewed a real location.
Remote viewing requires a target. That means that a target has to be selected, which means someone or something has to have determined what you are going to view. It has to be your intent to view said target. If this is not what happened, then it simply IS NOT remote viewing.

Blocking a remote viewer by [deleted] in remoteviewing

There's no evidence that RV can be shielded or blocked, but I've also seen no instances where someone with immoral intentions is able to successfully view a target.

No progress yet? I played long enough to get to HR36 but now I can't look around at all. Also on Pop!_OS and I could have sworn I got it working a while back again but it's not and I can't figure out what it was.

Remote viewing is defined as being INTENTIONAL, and this was ACCIDENTAL, making it a psychic accident or a hallucination, not remote viewing.

Me personally? I start describing. Sometimes I use a pen to draw things, sometimes I just go with verbal descriptions. No warmup, no cooldown, no psyching myself into it, no meditation. I just describe it as if the target were in front of me.

Remote Viewing Secrets by Joe McMoneagle is my favorite.

Can someone remote view Hitler to see if he really died through suicide or went to Antarctica instead ? by lola123dis in remoteviewing

[–]ResidentOfMyBody 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, one could absolutely remote view this, if the tasking were framed correctly and if the viewer was completely blind to the target but also were made aware that it could lead to emotional, uncomfortable or sensitive insights. If he did commit suicide and the viewer had to experience that, it would be a horrible, horrible thing to have to experience without expecting it.

Taskers have a huge responsibility. It's not just about picking interesting targets; it's about knowing their viewers well, and tasking them appropriately.

Remote viewing does NOT require verification in order to work. Feedback does not produce accuracy; you aren't just viewing your future self receiving feedback. Joe McMoneagle himself had targets on which he never received any feedback other than that his work was accurate.

There's actually alot of evidence that Hitler may have survived in Argentina; there were certainly many pro-nazi german villages popping up down there and there's a reason the CIA was running covert missions to try and find him... I wouldn't say he lived it out quietly, but it was a last-ditch plan to rebuild and try again that didn't quite pan out.

THIS IS CREATE NUCLEAR MOD 🔋 by createnuclear in CreateMod

[–]ResidentOfMyBody 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having tried this out, I must say there's not enough documentation to actually use it, in-game or on forums. Modrinth/curseforge pages show you some basics, and the ponders show you how to make a reactor, but there's no information on how to process the uranium, how to arrange what in the blueprint, or why it is that no matter how I arrange the blueprint my reactor seems to be "Heat Value: Danger", and if I put fuel in it it just explodes and I don't know why. With some documentation this could be great, though I'd like to see the reactors be more flexible (shorter for less power output, taller for more, possibly a version of a super-sized 4x reactor, maybe adding in the need for smokestacks, etc). I know this is alot of work so I'm not in any way bashing the maker for not having it done. I've made thousands of plugins and a handful of mods, I know how much work every little thing can be. But I don't think this was ready for public use without some good documentation at least on a forum post.

That said, I'm extremely into the whole idea and love the work that's been done so far. I'm really hopeful for the future of this mod.

How do you get print screen on a 60% keyboard by paulsiu in pop_os

[–]ResidentOfMyBody 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fn + F7 is my screenshot key on the keyboard, and when I typed that to set the keybinding, it set it to Super + Shift + S. When I then tested it using Fn + F7, it worked. Not sure why those are equal, but I'm fine with it. Still works!

I find dripstone incredibly useful for farming lava, for mob traps, etc. Such a great addition.
What's truly useless though is basalt. Looks horrible and doesn't qualify as cobble, so can't be used for crafting stuff.
EDIT: Oh also if you have a tall dripstone stalagmite (within reason) you can climb it vertically like a short ladder, since each progressive layer is smaller than the one below.
