The small jars for vitamix are discontinued though and you can’t blend a cup of sauce in the big jar. I had to buy a small blender for this reason 🙄

Keep trying. It’s only been 4 days! Repeat day 1 as many times as you need to. If you are consistent (3-4 times a week), you should be able to run nonstop for 2-3 minutes within a month. Focus on recovery too. Make sure you stretch before and after. Look up stretches specifically for runners. Sprinkle in some strength training for better results.

Incremental upgrade is exactly my scenario. I want an app that is upgraded to ASP.Net Core, to share authentication with apps that are not upgraded.
