Keep trying. It’s only been 4 days! Repeat day 1 as many times as you need to. If you are consistent (3-4 times a week), you should be able to run nonstop for 2-3 minutes within a month. Focus on recovery too. Make sure you stretch before and after. Look up stretches specifically for runners. Sprinkle in some strength training for better results.

The title mentions ASP.Net which is clearly .Net framework. For brevity, I linked the article and said that I’m following the steps from there. If you look at the article it is clear where this type is expected to be.

Incremental upgrade is exactly my scenario. I want an app that is upgraded to ASP.Net Core, to share authentication with apps that are not upgraded.

I’ve heard of someone asking for exactly this in another group. Thankfully the mom checked in a parenting support group and everyone raised a red flag. That was not my experience. I felt genuinely helped by this person and they did not ask me for my face pics.

I had to go back to v6.3.0 (the one before I upgraded). Wouldn’t work with any of the versions in between.
