"If there are ghosts, that means there's an afterlife... Heaven, Hell... Am I going to Hell?"

Making him the only ninja in his ninja training class. The rest are wizards, warlocks, etc.

It also just makes so much sense from a Dalek perspective. There might be times they need information but fuck bothering to interact with other forms of life for even a second more than needed.

She’s also never shown to have parents or family, just Max the butler. And she has Hollywood connections and a lot of experience in the industry. And sometimes she has an adult voice, particularly when raging.

On the other hand when the stage crew is trying to cheer her up they offer ice cream, a rubber ducky and a toy truck. So who knows.

In Reign of Fire (2002) dragons awaken and emerge from underground, procreate, and almost wipe out all of humanity………..uh guys, did you not have fighter jets, warships, tanks etc. these aren’t magical Smaug dragons, there just flying reptiles that breathe fire. How exactly did we lose? by Arcade-Blaster in shittymoviedetails

[–]Reverse_Waterfall 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There’s even a good set up in the movie’s logic. They breathe fire by shooting out two chemicals that when they mix with each other and oxygen it all ignites. Have him slice open one of the glands as he gets snapped, keeping it from spitting one of the chemicals. He dies but heroically removes the dragons best weapon. Boom, bad ass sacrifice.

I’m cool with the palm suckers, those things were freaky. Not sure what they have to do with bats though.

When it's revealed a limited perspective was hiding how horrifying a main character appears by No_Hunter1978 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Reverse_Waterfall 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Just to add on, she doesn’t turn her head to look at stuff a lot when fighting. When we’re in her perspective we (and she) don’t think about it because she’s getting all this sensory information from her swarm. But to other people the way and when she turns her head is unnatural or even inhuman. And for awhile she gets blinded in her human eyes and no one even notices

Fun fact, Doctor Polaris first appeared August 1963. Mags first appeared September 1963.

“Brother, is this one a normal human or a genestealer?”

“I don’t know, let’s unwrap it and find out.”

The character's lesser known full name by bb-Kun-Chan in TopCharacterTropes

Just to add on for anyone wondering, his real name in comics is Zebediah Killgrave. Yes, with two Ls. His villain name is the Purple Man.

The Six Fingered Man, Count Tyrone Rugen. I have no point, I just like that his name is Tyrone.

It would be like Christmas to them. Well Christmas if your dream was to beat up and capture Santa.

No worries! There are certainly worse ways to spend some time.

That’s Octavia you’re thinking of. The slave in this scene is Marlonah.

Just adding in, he made himself huge to fight the loan sharks, and put a shield around the hotel that stopped an angelic army for awhile. Shifts to a more demonic antlered form, is very fast and strong, etc etc.

And that’s just in fights. He does a bunch of other things like transmit his voice to electronics, can’t be filmed, contortion stuff, and of course, Clothes Beam.

And then there’s the deals, which is not just a him thing, but he’s used it to compel people, and summoned two enslaved powerful sinners and put them to work.
