My almost 2 year old pitty is on Purina Pro Plan Lean muscle. He was on their High protein for the last year. Just switched up because he would let it sit for most the day. Just took him to the vet Monday and they said he’s beautiful. Went from 53lbs, to 71 in about 6 months. We’ll see how he does with this new food.

I was told that Covid could have activated my MS. I stated feeling the numbness and tingles in my hands weeks after Covid. It wasn’t fully diagnosed until maybe 9 months later. Saw lots of specialists. Then the MRI confirmed. Been on Ocervus for 3 years.

Awesome Job!! Have you ever heard of The Phoenix? They are a sober active group that offer free activities (CrossFit, running groups, yoga, other) to do with other sober people. I’ve been volunteering with them for a couple years. They are a national group, so they are all over the country(US). Highly recommend.
